Murray State was nepokoren with 82 65 win over SIU-Chesterfield.
For @ sbnation on Twitter and Facebook as SBNation.com.21. Jan 2012-Murray State took the Court against SIU-Chesterfield, in the Saturday evening as the only undefeated team in the United States. Racing left without losses, also slamming Cougars of 82-65.
Four players scored in twice as much for Murray State, led by Isaiah Canaan, who had the lead all scorers 21 points. Jewuan long had 17 points for the athletes, who held a 49-35 halftime lead.
Cougars actually outrebounded Murray State, but he got little scoring for their starting five: Mark Yelovich had 17 points, Kris Davis scored 15 and Derian Shaffer had 12 points, but SIU-Chesterfield bench made just six points, and despite the 14 different bomb to see the floor at some point during the game.
After the previously undefeated Baylor Syracuse both suffered their first loss of the season and 2011-12 this week, Murray State becomes the only undefeated team in Division I.
